ne of the biggest conference meeting platforms, Zoom, has connected with startup Liminal to install some of its features to the app. This was introduced with the announcement on how Zoom wants to improve the video calls’ quality and meet the demand of its users on December 27.
Zoom spokesperson says that the company thinks future events will be led in a hybrid way of virtual and in-person communication. Zoom’s goal is to provide customers with a modern and convenient technology that meets the expectations of an expanding video events market. They strive to find a solution to form a platform that will perform with no doubt and provide the best options to manage and host virtual and hybrid events.
Right now, Zoom considers there is still a long way to acquire all of the needed tools that will meet the demands of its users. It is a tough challenge to provide a suitable solution for all kinds of events, and this new asset can be a step forward in solving this problem.
With the pandemic reaching its third year, video platforms like Zoom are expected to bring out more functions that will expand the possibilities of leading online events. They will need to establish deals with third-party services like Liminal or focus on generating their own product.
Liminal will introduce to Zoom improved sound controls in meetings and individual video outputs feature. With these assets, the company can expand the options, it offers to its customers. Zoom intends to work on the development of a similar program set as Liminal’s. The company wants to improve the performance of its app to meet the expectation of the users.
