Microsoft will be testing several new features on the Windows 11 OS

icrosoft just introduced Windows 11, a new version of the Windows operating system. While it is still recognizable, it has a fresh feel to it. And it appears that Microsoft is not through with upgrades and new features. According to reports, the software giant has a lot of plans for Windows 11, including testing with some new features. Of course, for software testers, this is excellent news, but for many, it is terrible news because these upgrades and testing might lead to problems in the system.
According to Amanda Langowski, the current Windows Insider Programs leader, the firm will rely more on the Dev Channel as a location where fresh ideas can be nourished, long-lead items can be worked on, and specific features can be managed as the company evolves. She also stated that, while some of the concepts created may never be adopted, the experiments can assist improve user experience and bring answers to difficulties in Windows, empowering its users to achieve more.
The Dev Channel will also have more experimental features, the Beta Channel, on the other hand, will have features that are ready for general distribution. Microsoft also intends to provide a separate window through which Windows 11 testers can transition from the Dev to Beta Channel.
This new window was designed specifically for testers who are uninterested in the more experimental features that will be published shortly. According to speculations, the majority of these upgrades will be released in February and will include updates to the Taskbar, support for Android applications, a revamped Notepad, and new styles for Media Player programs.
